The Causes of Industrial Pollution and The Ways To Reduce It Some factories and industries contribute to emitting harmful gases like carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and many other fatal gases for humanity and the environment. More than 50% of greenhouse gases in the environment are released by electricity generating and mining factories.

The pollution in the air takes the lives of more than 5.5 million people globally by causing them respiratory diseases by which they cannot fight. The causes of industrial pollutions are explained below. Burning of waste material or fossil fuels. The burning of substances like fossil fuels, plastic, and metal cutting in the industries releases most greenhouse gases, and it later turns out to be acid rain, which ends up polluting the soil in the end. The way to reduce this pollutant is to treat the fuels and substances well before burning them, applying any other treatment rather than burning it.
