We acknowledge that APRO members may miss important updates and some organisations could be in the process of transition mandates or restructuring, which can lead to an oversight in APPS Thailand 2024. As such, we enthusiastically welcome registrations from both APRO and non-APRO members during Phase 4 Registration. There are three (3) main available packages:
1. Original APPS Packages
This Package is open for only APRO members who missed the earlier registration phases, with the registration fee remaining unchanged.
2. Observer Packages
We extend this invitation to four specific groups: university professors, sponsor representatives interested in overseeing APPS for a short duration, predominantly pharmacists; due to the COVID-impacted landscape, APPS Thailand 2024 also welcomes general alumni and recent graduates who are no longer members of IPSF APRO to participate.
3. Official IPSF Alumni Packages
We warmly invite IPSF Alumni to join us in the 25th IPSF APRO anniversary celebration and APRO Homecoming Let us relive cherished memories, foster closer connections among our regional community, and encourage APPS participants to engage more deeply with APRO

The Phase 1 APPS registration quota is exclusively reserved for Official Delegates (OD) of each member organisation within APRO. Each Member Organisation (MO) gets a quota of 3 Official Delegates who are required to attend the Regional Assembly alongside the APPS.
Phases 2, 3, and 4 of the APPS registration, as well as Phases 1, 2, 3, and 4 of PST registration, will be done on a first-come-first-served basis.
Following the closure of Phase 2 LiT registration, the judging process for LiT will proceed if the number of participants attains the target of 20 people.
For PST packages, only the Chiang Rai package includes the travelling fee from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai; the rest of the PST packages exclude the travelling fee.

The price will increase in accordance with the duration of your attendance at the APPS 2024.
This package is exclusive of accommodation, and all prices quoted do not cover personal transportation to or from the APPS venue. For individuals interested in staying, APPS provides accommodation at the Duangtawan Hotel for 1,000 THB per night. The pricing will be tailored based on the duration of your stay.
Post Symposium Tour prices will be included in the overall registration fee if it is selected along with the Symposium Package.

Registrants are obligated to cover all transactions and bank service fees Therefore, the full registration fee must be received by the APPS 2024 Team
We only accept payment through bank transfer and Wise transfer in full payment.
Kindly note that other means (e.g., credit card, Western Union, PayPal) are not accepted.

4. After paying, submit your payment receipt to us via the payment confirmation form attached to your invoice
Regarding the bank transfer, please take a photo or a screenshot of your proof of payment then notify the APPS team by submitting the payment confirmation form.
Regarding the Wise transfer, please note you need to complete two (2) steps:
(1) After all processes are completed, copy the tracking link to submit the payment confirmation form.
(2) Notify us by sharing this transfer via email: apps@apro ipsf org
Note: Make sure to accomplish your payment and submit proof of payment within seven (7) days to avoid registration cancellation.
5. Upon successful verification of your payment, kindly wait for ten (10) working days for your payment confirmation.
The APPS 2024 Registration Team will send you a confirmation email including the invitation letter with your registration ID.
The APPS 2024 provides Group Payment; however, please have one representative submit your proof of payment.
Group Payment is only accepted within the same payment period and registration phase.
All payments and proof of payment submissions must be completed within seven (7) days to avoid cancellation
Example: Tang-O, Wawa, and Honey registered for the APPS on different dates. Tang-O registered on December 15th, 2023. Wawa registered on December 17th, 2023 and Honey registered on December 18th, 2023. The group payment and submission must be completed by December 22nd, 2023.
Notification of cancellation must be sent to registerapps2024@gmail.com. The stipulated deadline for cancellation and refund policy could be followed as:
- By April 15th, 2024: 50% of the registration fee
- From April 16th, 2024 to May 15th, 2024: 25% of the registration fee.
- After May 15th, 2024: The registration fee will NOT be refunded.
Please note that the transfer fee will be the participant’s responsibility and will be deducted from the total amount of the registration fee refunded.
Cancellations are applicable in all circumstances, including but not limited to the official refusal of the participant’s visa. Participant name changes will be handled as cancellations.

There are three (3) main available packages:

Asia Pacific Pharmaceutical Symposium (APPS): Each phase of the Symposium only differs in price All APPS packages provide the same benefits including accommodation, access to all events, transportation services for participants’ convenience while at APPS events, a welcoming gift, meals, and beverages as specified in the program. All packages include neither transportation fees nor accommodation fees before and after the duration of the event.

Leader in Training (LiT): The LiT program aims to equip the future pharmaceutical workforce with the leadership and management skills required to become better leaders in the global health setting and future professional careers. The program is scheduled for four (4) days and three (3) nights before the APPS begins.
2. Post-Symposium Tour (PST): The PST starts right after APPS. Participants will have an opportunity for an exhilarating adventure as you select one (1) from three (3) fantastic tour packages that will transport you to the captivating Chiang Rai in the North, the bustling hub of Bangkok in the Central region, or the sun-kissed paradise of Phuket in the South of Thailand

What are the differences between APPS, Observer, and IPSF Alumni packages? Original APPS Packages
This Package is exclusively offered to APRO members who were unable to register during the earlier phases, and the registration fee remains unchanged. All phases of APPS provide the same benefits.

How do you get to the venue in Chiang Mai?
We suggest three (3) ways to get to Chiang Mai:
By plane. It takes only 1-1.5 hours from BKK/DMK to CNX (Chiang Mai International Airport), which costs 950-2,000 THB (25-53 EUR) depending on airline classes. In addition, international direct flights are available
By train. It takes 12-15 hours from Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal Station (BKK) to Chiang Mai Railway Station, which costs 950-1,600 THB (25-41 EUR) depending on train type and classes. The services available are Sleeper Trains in VIP class, 1st class, and 2nd class. We strongly recommend the Special Express No. 9 Sleeper Train (Uttarawithi) and the Special Express No. 13 Train (newer CNR sleeper carriages).
By public bus. It takes 9-11 hours from Bangkok Bus Terminal to Chiang Mai Bus Terminal, which costs 600-1,000 THB (16-26 EUR) depending on bus classes (1st class, gold class, and regular class)

Is a visa required to attend APPS 2024 in Chiang Mai?
Most tourists do need a visa to travel to Thailand unless they are from a visa-exempt country, and more than 60 countries are allowed to enter Thailand under the VISA
