INTRODUCING OUR NEW ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PROCESS! We’ve recently introduced a new internal account management structure which will improve how we manage our clients. Historically, our clients who engaged with our Business Development team would have always stayed with the Business Development Executive who would assist with recruitment and training opportunities for the nurseries at Apprenticeship Connect. This change will mean that you will have dedicated support from our Talent Team Manager Ami Elizee and Resourcer Jordan Henry to help you with all your apprenticeship needs when it comes to recruitment and training in your nursery. Below is a little bio for you to get to know Ami and Jordan a little better: Ami Elizee – Joined Apprenticeship Connect in November 2018 as a Talent Partner before quickly rising in the business to become a Talent Team Manager. Ami has 5 years of experience within apprenticeships and is known for being able to find the best emerging talent to
undertake an apprenticeship and looking out for her clients with industry and programme changes. Jordan Henry – Joined Apprenticeship Connect in July 2021 and has already shown the knack for being able to effectively source talent and qualify their readiness to undertake an apprenticeship opportunity. Jordan has had a big impact on the business already and will be working with clients to meet their apprenticeship needs whilst managing our steady flow of candidates seeking apprenticeships.
