Johns Creek, whose streets serve as a crossroads for commuters each day, has seen a sharp decline in traffic since a national emergency was declared to combat spread of the deadly coronavirus. Medlock Bridge Road at McGinnis Ferry Road, one of the busiest commuter crossroads in the city, carried sparse traffic during early afternoon rush hour Friday.
