It is with much gratitude that we share our Annual Report, which includes student highlights of our 23-24 school year, our business donors, our dedicated volunteers, financial information, and much more! Central Private would like to thank every member of our Redhawk community who contributed to the success of our past school year. I am extremely grateful for the dedication of our faculty and staff as they continue to inspire and encourage our students.

We are growing! Our current enrollment is now over 700 students, making this an exciting time to be a part of the Redhawk family. This impressive growth is a direct result of the hard work and commitment of those who came before us. Former teachers who inspired generations, families who believed in our mission, and alumni who continue to champion our values have all played a vital role. Thank you for your continued support of Central Private School!

Together, we will continue to build on our legacy of excellence and ensure a bright future for Central Private.

All subjects are taught from a Christian perspective. Abeka is used through 5th grade as our primary resource to develop traditional and foundational academic skills Other resources are incorporated as well to enhance the development of critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills The baseline of our 6th-12th grade curriculum are college-prep courses, with additional Honors and Dual Enrollment classes available in high school.

Although we are not affiliated with any particular church or doctrine, CP students participate in school facilitated prayer, scripture memorization, and monthly devotionals All students begin each day honoring Christ in prayer and scripture reading, honoring their country by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, and honoring others by reciting the Redhawk Way and character traits.

Through student organizations, clubs, athletics, and enrichment programs, Central Private creates an environment where students are both encouraged and challenged to build strong characters of integrity, honesty, community service, and leadership.

Academics

The academic program at Central Private School challenges both analytical and creative thinking. The rigorous academic curriculum at Central Private begins in preschool and continues through 12th grade. Our goal is to utilize both traditional approaches and modern methods to give our students the best possible education. L O W E R

Lower school is the place students begin their academic journey and serves as the foundation for Central Private’s college-preparatory program. During these formative years, we focus on developing the whole child spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically. Our goal for lower school is to inspire students in the development of Christ-like character and to be academically equipped to advance to upper school as a confident, responsible, and prepared student. Abeka is used as our primary resource to develop traditional, foundational academic skills and other resources are incorporated as well to enhance the development of critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.

Central Private provides the opportunity for students to grow and develop their capabilities to the highest degree. Our comprehensive college-preparatory program is designed for students to develop skills and attributes that will equip them not only for college, but for a successful life. Students receive a balanced program providing them with spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development. The baseline of our Upper School courses are collegepreparatory; however, students are provided with opportunities to advance in their course of study by taking Honors and Dual-Enrollment Courses, as well as choosing from over 15 electives.
