The Newcastle and Lake Macquarie property market continued to be strong over the last 6-12 months with plenty of properties still changing hands and days on market still being below 30 days.
There has been solid growth with an average increase of 8.6% for houses across the 13 Suburbs we cover in this report, with Cardiff Hts having the highest increase of 14.4% and Barnsley the lowest at 3.5%.
Open homes are still seeing strong buyer numbers with solid interest from First Home Buyers as well as subsequent home buyers along with the odd investor also looking.
Over the last 12 months we are very proud to advise that 100% of all properties we have put to the market have sold and what’s more, most times we have exceed our clients price expectations.
