Our Pioneering Founder - Mr. Asgarali Jaorawala

From crafting to creation, the chronicle of an injection molding Legacy.

Hailing from Jaora, a small city in Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Asgarali Jaorawala ventured to Mumbai—India’s industrial hub at the time—at the young age of 15 to pursue his vision in plastic manufacturing. He founded Sahara Plastics Industries and Global Plastics in 1968, carving a niche in hand molding.

Early milestones included the successful production of tea strainers, fuel can funnels, and sunglasses, as well as a significant collaboration with Kokuyo Camlin (formerly Camel) for the manufacturing of glue bottle caps.

Over 5 Decades of excellence, innovation and growth.

Mr. Jaorawala pioneered the use of extrusion molding to recycle scrap plastic for catering to the rising demand for tea strainers and funnels. Returning to his roots in Jaora, he established a manufacturing unit to serve key markets in Delhi and Lucknow, solidifying his legacy as a visionary in plastic manufacturing.
