Weather March Average Temperature: 26 - 34 Degrees Celcius Humidity: 78% Seasons: Its Rain or Shine ALL year round! Although Singapore is a warm country, be sure to expect a lot of rain from december to April. We strongly encourage delegates to bring an umbrella, and be dressed for summer (2 layers of clothes is more than enough). PS: Just don’t walk around half-naked, or in a bikini!

Here are some recommendations:

Just like our country, local cuisine makes up a colourful palette. Some of these were brought in by the early immigrants (like the Chinese and Indians , while others were created locally.

Must-Do #1 Shopping:

As one of South East Asia’s shopping haven, you will find anything from the cheapest bargains to luxurious goodies. Drop by Bugis Village or *Scape for their flea markets, then hop over to Haji Lane for vintage goods. If you are looking for just a leisure buy, visit one of the shopping malls at Orchard Road or the Marina Bay Sands for their global brands.

Must-Do #2

City Walks: A tourist-friendly city, delegates should not miss out on sightseeing deals at our tourist attractions. Day Activities Visit the Botanical Garden and Gardens by the Bay to enjoy a peaceful picnic with other delegates or your special ones. For a fun-filled day, challenge youselves toexciting rides at the Universal Studios Singapore or the Oceanarium at Sentosa Island.

Night Activities Enjoy an adventurous drinking night out along the Singapore River at Boat Quay, Arab Street, outside the Esplanade or at Marina Bay. Night Animal, but not ready to down the shots? Visit other night animals at the Singapore Night Safari and be wowed by the World’s 1st open night zoological garden.


See2-Loo 2 k Must-Do #3 Sightseeing: For a piece of cultural and historical Singapore, visit historical

settlement areas such as Chinatown, Little India, Arab Street and Geylang Serai (Kampong Melayu). These places are filled with buildings, and alleys that trace back to Singapore’s formative years. While their structures remain, they are now home to cafés.
