I am honored to have been asked to oversee the menu for the new Mitsui Ocean Fuji, Japan's most experienced cruise line. It will be a once-in-alifetime experience for me to be able to serve my dishes to guests sailing around Japan and the world.
Chef Mikuni will offer an intoxicating blend of culinary worlds, catering to a wide range of tastes with its fusion of French Japanese sophistication.
