A Pioneer in Breathwork for Resilience & Well-being Before breathwork was trending, he launched programs using powerful breathing exercises. These tools help individuals to: • Lower stress, depression, and anxiety • Restore deeper sleep • Support heart health & cognitive functioning • Find deeper joy and purpose

The cornerstone of his courses is SKY Breath Meditation. Unlike any other breathing exercise, it directly impacts emotional well-being.

SKY has been independently researched in over 100 peer-reviewed studies at institutions including Yale, Stanford, the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and the University of Arizona.

In the United States, specialized programs have been offered to military veterans struggling with PTSD; to students in inner city schools; and most recently to healthcare workers during COVID.
