By illuminating their lives, we ensure that no animal is left in the shadows, but instead, they are embraced by the warmth of compassion and the promise of a brighter future.

Raise awareness and funds for animal welfare by engaging a wider audience, including pet enthusiasts, influencers, and animal lovers, through a memorable and contemporary campaign and by leveraging the power of social media.
Reel for a Cause: Light the Way for Pets to Play
Contest Guidelines:
1. Create a captivating reel/video that promotes Fur Ball and highlights why pets are the light of your life.

2. Participants can incorporate animation, visual effects, catchy music, and feature their own pets to make their entries stand out.
3. To enter the contest, participants must share their reels/videos on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook) using the hashtag #LightTheWay2023 and tagging the official SDHS social media account.
4. Duration: 30 seconds to 1 minute to ensure they are concise and easy to share.
5. Participants should actively promote their contest entries and encourage their followers to like, comment, and share.
Contest Guidelines:
6. Entries will be evaluated based on the following factors:
• Creativity and originality
• Ability to convey Fur Ball’s message

7. The top entry will be rewarded with:
• 2 VIP “Top Dog” tickets to Fur Ball
• Social media shoutouts and recognition from SDHS
8. The contest will run for four weeks to allow participants ample time to conceptualize, create, and share their reels/videos. Winners will be announced one week before Fur Ball to build anticipation and generate further interest.
Through this exciting contest, we aim to harness the power of social media to captivate, inspire, and inform a larger audience about Fur Ball. Let’s roll out the cameras, spread the word, and light the way for pets to play!
