Things To Consider While Selling Your Home Off-Market
Planning to sell your property off-market? There are a few things to consider before doing so. And today we are going to talk about all those things that you need to look after.
The first is the commission. If you sell on the market and you don't have to pay the commission, you can save a lot of money. However, if the buyer expects a lower price because you don't pay a commission, the whole transaction could be a wash.
