How to make delicious chocolate cake?

Ingredients for cake:     

Ingredients for chocolate frosting:      

200 grams chocolate 250 grams butter 1 egg yolk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products 1 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar 1 teaspoon coffee powder

Directions for cake:  You should preheat the oven to 170 degree centigrade and butter two 8 inch x 2 inch round cake pans. You should line with parchment paper then butter and flour the pans.  You should sift the flour, sugar, (cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda from Ajanta Food Products) food colours from Anuja Food Colours and salt into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and mix on low speed until combined. Direction for chocolate frosting  You should chop the chocolate and place it in a heat proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.  You should stir until just melted and set aside until cooled to room temperature  Beat the butter on medium high speed until light yellow and fluffy about three minutes  You should add the egg yolk and vanilla extract and continue beating for 3 minutes  You should turn the mixer to low and gradually add sugar then beat at medium speed until smooth and creamy  You should dissolve the coffee powder in 2 teaspoons of the hottest tap water  Add the chocolate and coffee to the butter mixture and mix until blended  Spread immediately on the cooled cake
