Antwerp Coffee Week is a celebration of specialty coffee culture in the city of Antwerp. This annual event brings together coffee enthusiasts, local roasters, specialty coffee bars, and industry professionals for a week-long series of activities, workshops, and tastings. We aim to highlight the city’s thriving coffee scene while growing the community and promoting sustainable practices and innovation in the local specialty coffee industry.
WHAT WE DO.
ACW offers participating coffee bars a platform to engage with an active, quality-focused community, build brand visibility, and showcase products to key decision-makers and consumers in the coffee space.

STAMPCARD (PREVIOUS POLY LOYALTY CARD)
Our mission is to cultivate a genuine passion for specialty coffee by encouraging customers to venture beyond their local favorites and explore the diverse offerings of participating bars.
DURATION:
24 March to 27 April 2025 (end of ACW2025).
WHAT?
Joint customer card for all participating ACW bars. Customers have a chance to win ACW prizes by visiting and collectings stamps from different bars. By a stroke of luck the customers with a full card can win raffle prizes.
HOW?
During the collection period, customers have to collect 10 different stamps from 10 different bars (1 stamp per visited bar). The full card needs to be filled in with their contact info and handed in at a nearby ACW bar. You will hang on to these until an ACW-member collects them for the raffle.
RULES:
Stamps can only be collected between 24/03 and 27/04/2025 (1 month prior to ACW2025).
Last day to hand in full cards: 27/04/2025 (end of the event).
Two of the same stamps will result in disqualification.
Only stamps of participating bars are valid.
Multiple full cards per customer are possible.
Customers can win a maximum of 1 prize in the raffle.
Prize has to be collected by customer (no post service).
RAFFLE:
The date is still to be annouced but an ACW core team member will collect all the full cards your bar received. (Please also keep the empty cards so we can re-use them next year). We will organize a live raffle (on IG) where we randomly select winning cards in descending order. These winners will be contacted by an ACW core member to collect their prizes at the participating bar.
PRIZES:
Sponsors will (hopefully) donate a handfull of valuable prizes but we encourage your bar(s) to contribute a small prize. It’s an effective way to promote your bar, especially to new customers. We will promote all prizes. So tag us in your posts about the ACW2025 Raffle.
Your prize could be: specialty coffee beans, brewing gear, gift cards, merchandise, etc.

You can use our name and handle to market your Antwerp Coffee Week event. So your event will be promoted and get exposure through all of our channels: social media, website, newsletter…

Coffee Talk / info session, workshop (hand brew, coffee trading, home barista, how to clean your grinder, sensory ...), specialty coffee quiz, competition (brewing, signature drink, taster’s cup,…), roastery tour, coffee run / tour, afterparty/community get-together, …
Important: activations and promotions are not for the event calendar. We will gladly promote and spotlight those special activities if you tag us on Instagram.
THE TEAM
Our core team consists of a group volunteers, composed of enthusiastic coffee lovers from all corners of the coffee world. We do it out of love for specialty coffee and the city of Antwerp. Some volunteers are professionals and can be found behind the bar, while others enjoy their coffee from the other side. All of them, without exception, are passionate and driven by the communal goal of education, collaboration and growth of the specialty coffee scene in Antwerp.
