Bespoke joinery has been design throughout all levels of the town house.

All the party walls has been insultated with build ups that allowed us to create recessed niches and handrails at main staircase. The cantilevered stair has been installed using a stringer beam concealed in the build ups at party wall. All glass balustrade and timber vertical panels with LED have been properly designed ito garantee a perfect alignment and elements connection throughout staircase void from first floor to third floor. New Air Conditioning and sprinkler systems, affecting drop ceiling height at each level. Several floor slab detailed sections have been provided around the staricase void due to integration between structural layout and architectural elements. The entire project has been coordinated remotely during Covid-19 ensuring a proper logistic of all goods shipped from Europe (lighting fixtures, joinery, kitchen and timber floor).
