About the Project
A contemporary residence located in Greenville, Tagaytay, designed to complement the area's cool climate and natural surroundings. The two-storey structure features clean lines, mixed materials, and layered volumes, combining concrete, glass, and wood elements to achieve a warm, modern aesthetic Large windows and vertical glazing enhance natural light and ventilation, while deep eaves and balconies provide weather protection and outdoor connection. The layout promotes open- plan living on the ground floor with private spaces above, ideal for a modern Filipino lifestyle that balances comfort, functionality, and nature.

About the Project
This commercial building coffee shop insipired by natural elements where limewash paint is used throughout the building, it gives beauty or aesthetic which is popular for people who like to find a coffee shop to hangout and work. It has an area of 238 sqm., where there is outdoor dining, and upstair is for the exhibit hall/ arts or reception area, green spaces.
The hotel is surrounded by a water feature and is named “Riverscape,” located near a body of water that offers a scenic view perfect for those who want to take peaceful walks or check in for a relaxing vacation or celebration. The building features a curved design that adds to its visual charm, attracting visitors who want to enjoy the beauty of both the hotel and its surroundings.
