125g of flour 250ml of milk 75g of chocolate 5g of sugar 50g of butter 2 eggs 1tsp of salt
INSTRUCTIONS •

Put in a bowl the milk, the butter, and the eggs. Then add the flour, the sugar and a tiny spoon of salt.
• 2. Chop all the ingredients with a beater. • 3. Warm up the pan and pread the butter on the pan.
INSTRUCTIONS 2 • 4. Put the dough on the pam and spread. • 5. To prepare the chocolate sauce, chop the chocolate with your hands and put in a pat and add the milk. Heat up the milk. • 6. Serve the crepes in a tray with the chocolate sauce.
TIMES • Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serve: 2-4 persons
