Are they looking to prove that any Targeted Individual can be pushed past his breaking point to madness? Or do they just attempt to make the Targeted Individual look insane? Even if this PSYOP is effective their achieved goal is temporary. An adversary effect is that when this method is used again it will have lesser effect, because people will be aware of this harassment. It’s corrupt to use public money to organize stalking. It is a blatant misuse of power or funding whether it’s television, police or secret societies. They try to create an unforgettable disturbing relationship between anyone the Targeted Individual meets. And the Targeted Individual greatest support; the family is constantly instructed subliminally (mind control) to do and say things that aren’t helpful during difficult times. This sick harassment even continues at work. Agencies trying to neutralize a target by this means is highly impractical and unethical. Innocent individuals suffer. The stalkers must be senseless to continue this useless time-wasting exercise. Most people would get sick and tired of this blackmail. Stop participating in this harassment. There is nothing to gain from it. They try to keep you busy while they use their sorcery to get richer.
