


Monthly PDF emails are out, and the dashboard is in! You’ll be sent a link each month, or you can go to app.powerbi.com and navigate to Power BI Service → Shared with me View your Incentive Reserve Report in PowerBI, updated monthly. See a summary of your starting balance, dollars transferred into the account so far this FY, actual expenses, and current available balance. You can also view actual expenses and drill into expense details.
A message was sent to providers on 4/1 asking to complete the Annual CU Medicine Compliance Training module.
The module is to be completed by 6/30/25. The email contains all login and access information for the training
Providers primarily practicing at external locations (e.g. Denver Health, VA) will not be required to complete another training.
By May 25, 2025, NIH will require that Biographical Sketches and Other Support files are created using the Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv), a web tool managed by NIH. We expect NIH will no longer accept files created manually in Word or Adobe PDF NSF has already adopted this
requirement for Biographical Sketches and Current and Pending Support.
To prepare for this change, PreAward Shared Services (PASS) can assist you with setting up an NIH Biosketch, NSF Biosketch or NSF Current and Pending Support in SciENcv. NIH Other Support is not yet available in SciENcv, but we expect that it will be available and required soon. If you would like PASS to assist with the creation of your SciENcv files:
