Tobetreatedcourteouslybyallstaff

Toenjoyanexperienceinasafe,comfortableandpleasantenvironment

Tohaveanyissuesorcomplaintdealtwithinatimelyandprofessionalmanner

Whatwekindlyexpectfromyou

Totreatallstaffandothercustomerscourteously

Toremaininyourassignedsuiteorallocatedseatingduringtheevent

Toavoidtakingprohibiteditemsintotheseatingareas(thisincludesglassandcutlery)

Tobemindfulaboutobjectsnearandoverthebarriers/railingswhilstinsuites

Tonotundertakeillegalactivity,includingsmokinginsidethevenueandtheuseofdrugs Toconsumealcoholsensiblyandresponsibly–ensuringthatonlythoseoflegalagehaveaccess toalcohol

Tosupervisechildrenandthoserequiringassistancewithinyourgroup

Tocomplywithstaffrequestsatthevenueandduringemergencysituations

Tonotengagewithabusive,discriminatoryoranyotherphysicalandverbalformsofviolence

Toactivelyreportanyconcerns–suchasguestbehaviour,suspiciousorillegalactivity,tostaff immediately

Guestswhoviolatethecodeofconductwillberequiredtoleavethepremisesimmediately,ourstaff reservetherighttoremove,withoutrefundallticketholdersandrefusereadmissioninthefuture. Shouldbehaviourbeconsideredunacceptable,thevenuereservestherighttoterminatethe agreementwithoutcompensation.
