RECLAIM.
This facility is designed to address the increasing construction waste in Malang City. By implementing the 3R Principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), this facility aims to reduce construction waste, create a sustainable environment, and reduce dependence on increasingly scarce natural resources. This facility is designed using the Analogy Architecture approach with the theme “Rebirth in Ruins” to reflect renewal from destruction.

This approach allows the recycling process of construction waste to become the main reference in the arrangement of building mass. Thus, each element of the building will be designed and arranged in such a way as to support the workflow and activities related to the recycling process.
JOGJATAMA

The Yogyakarta Convention Center combines local heritage with modern design, featuring cultural elements like batik in its architecture. Its radial layout promotes openness and efficient use of space, while the folded plate roof provides column-free interiors. The building includes public open spaces, modern facilities, and prioritizes accessibility. Designed to integrate with its natural surroundings, it balances urban structure with green spaces, creating a functional and iconic landmark.
CULTURA MALANG CULTURAL
CULTURA AND ART CENTER
The Cultural and Art Center (CAC) is designed to reflect the evolving nature of art and culture. It will serve as a dynamic and adaptive structure, documenting and supporting Malang’s creative processes. Located on a sloped site with a river dividing the area, the river naturally separates private and public spaces, integrating natural elements with functional design.
CONCEPT
The design incorporates elements of Malangan Mask culture and the Joglo House. The building’s roof shape reflects the Joglo style, while its nature, function, and facade are inspired by the characteristics of the Malangan Mask Dance figures: Panji Asmarabangun, Dewi Sekartaji, Raden Gunungsari, Klana Sewandana, and Bapang Jaya Sentika.
KOI restaurant
This restaurant concept blends Japanese aesthetics with modern luxury. A serene koi pond flows throughout the interior, offering a calming and elegant atmosphere. Guests walk over the water, enjoying koi fish and the soothing sound of flowing water.
Materials like dark wood, polished stone, and gold accents create a refined, organic feel. Soft lighting mimics the ripples of water, enhancing the ethereal ambiance. The design evokes tranquility, bringing the beauty of nature into a luxurious dining experience centered on harmony and refinement.
VIBE50S CAFE
Vibe50s is a cafe that applies a Pop-retro design that reflects the aesthetics of the 1950s. that suits its target market, young people. The use of bright colors, varied motifs, graphic illustrations,
1950s. The Pop-retro concept is applied to the cafe to create a vibrant and cheerful impression illustrations, and industrial materials make the appearance bold but still has a sense of unity.

Lux Loo is a bathroom with a simple-luxury concept. The design combines minimalist elements with a touch of luxury to create an elegant, functional, and comfortable bathroom. There is a built-in bathtub near the window with a look that blends with the sink area and shower room to make it look more clean. The finishing materials used are ceramic, marble, and wood
