Presidential Suite + East Hall

From life + health to buildings, mountain ranges and philosophies - each has it’s own special blueprint….

This theme explore’s that concept and leads guest to explore the foundation of the company itself and its’ core values and philosophy.

Our opening space leads us along a pathway thru the Presidential suite and into the East Hall where we begin to explore the ‘blueprint’ of United Health Group….

Altho no less elegant, it does play off the ‘buzz’ words of the company….

Vision = Water Authenticity = Tree of Life Determination = Wind Resilience = Fire Courage = Mountain To that end - each of these five touchstones would be the foundation for a space within the main hall……the look and feel of each space taking on the ‘impression’ of your five key words. The tree of Life would be the central ‘pod’ around which all the other components of the event revolve…..

WATER There is no greater visual link to water than the umbrella - which by its unique and iconic design, gives us a fun, structural and visually impressive element with which to build both height and depth When used in conjunction with printed water flooring and visual image mapping of rain, we can create jaw dropping visual effects - as well as some fun intimate lounges where guests would be encouraged to ‘shelter’!

FIRE Candles (the flameless ones in this instance) can create the very core of this ‘pod’ - built up on walls or sculptural structures - laid out to create interactive pathways or flickering designs - staggered and installed within the buildings own architecture……and of course wax can be used to create some amazing textures and designs as unique centerpieces for buffet displays……

WIND Clouds to represent wind - drifting thru the blue sky at the whim of the air around them‌..a mix of white tall canopy structures and tethered clusters of miniature white balloons all to create the visual impression of floating and air.

Fun, impactful and visually exciting - and all elements that are self supporting and structural without need any form of rigging‌..

An interesting interactive piece - this artist is potentially available to attend the event and create his unique ‘clouds’ (as seen in recent car commercials and magazine editorial photography) to create ‘actual’ clouds for guests to capture on film…..

MOUNTAINS Whimsical representations of the peaks and valleys of a mountain range - created in oversized capacity with the ability for guests to walk between .

Seating and buffets could be built into and between each ‘mountain peak’….lots of fun and visually a ‘wow’ !!!
