DC’s Fashion district - Georgetown fashion stores have been a staple of the landscape - lets help sustain them and drive business to their stores by promoting fashion and perhaps incorporating elements of their brands into our environment

The Guest Experience:

Arrive thru the door of our colorful ATELIER entrance……

Be met by our FASHIONISTA wearing ‘etoile’ outfits…..

Choose your paper outfit (like Cher in Clueless) and don your own personal gloves……

Limited groups of four will walk within the space, immersed in their own private experience….

Enter into a fantasy world all about clothes and fabric!

Visitors get to walk between ‘rooms’ dedicated to different components of the world of fashion…..the zipper room, the button room…..the corsetry room…. all things denim….endless possibilities to create beautiful environments All dedicated to the world of FASHION…….

The Paper Doll cut OUT-FIT:

CROSS PROMOTIONAL IDEA: Tie in ‘closets’ to existing stores in G’Town….for example…

The Anthropologie closet would feature cut out paper versions of An outfit from Anthro’s collection (old or current).

Re-enforcing their brand and maybe even encouraging Visitors to go and see the actual piece in the store!

They get to wander thru this colorful paradise - learn and see how garments come together - be immersed in a room of faux fur, of houndstooth check or spandex……

Strike a pose - choose an ‘off the peg’ paper cut out outfit from the online selection and ‘wear it’ for a selfie…….

The Takeaways: A percentage of the entrance fee goes to the DC Fashion Foundation The Store: Because every good experience needs a store - other vendors within the Georgetown Park family could be promoted in various fun ways The Activations: Not only would we manage a four day a week ongoing experience, we would build in ‘special’ day activations as COVID restrictions allow
