new accounts - we require payment in advance of shipping by cashiers check, credit card or company check. thereafter 2% 10/net 30 will be established for accounts in good standing. please contact us for an account application at orders@lilleknappen.com payment terms - a net amount is due in full within 30 days. a finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added if not paid within 30 days. pricing - see separate price list for details on pricing, please note that over-sized clothing may incur additional cost. pricing is subject to change without prior notice. shipping - orders placed will ship within 5-7 business days of receipt, unless otherwise noted. please let us know if you wish for shipment to occur on a specific date, or if you need a rush, we are happy to try to accommodate your request. interested in a custom piece? since most of the assembly of our product happens in house, we can be very flexible when it comes to changing up a braid, button, or base clothing piece. let us know if there is something you might like to see and we can work on making it for you!
