Squash, Zucchini, and Tomato tian A delicious reason to eat your vegetables, just assemble the day before for an easy and gorgeous side dish. Season the top with more thyme and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake for one hour in the top part of the oven. > Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for about 15 minutes more.
Notes: Can be assembled up to 1 day ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
