Mr. West Cafe took over the Mrs. Cooks location in 2018, with a design intent of renovating the retail space to a high-volume café + bar. I was onboarded during the schematic phase in 2018 to project-manage the following phases:
Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration
About My Role
For this repurposing project, I facilitated processing RFI’s, submittals, and change orders among the contractor, architect, and owner. Stayed consistent with project schedules and plans for all MEP installations and accurately provided status information on project progress to the owners. Led and managed the resolution of all issues during project construction Acted as liaison between landlord, owner, architect, contractor, and all subcontractors while directly assisting the design team
