•Divided into inter-connected, individual buildings named after the elements of nature like Sun, Aqua, Sky, Tree and SEA (Suzlon Excellence Academy) lounges.

•One Earth is self-sufficient, employing effective controls and building management systems for minimum disturbance to the natural ecology,

CLIMATIC CONDITIONS • Tropical wet and dry climate.

• Temperature ranging between 20oc to 28oc CHARACTER OF THE SITE • The site is longish(Linear).

• Surrounding context of the site is residential zone (specially flats and apartments).

• The access is perpendicular to its main axis.

PROJECT TYPOLOGY - The campus is a Corporate Campus.

- The occupancy profile of the campus is of 24 x 7 global shared service provider and the „ think-tank‟ for the globe across all locations.

- The office is transformed from a strategic center to a global management headquarter.

PHILOSOPHY - To be a company that serves society with sustainable wind power on a commercial scale with a focus. On continuously increasing efficiency and reliability of wind turbines.

- With a philosophy that emphasizes on innovation , to drive it‟s every aspect , the company has turned the dream of a greener world into a sustainable and profitable business.

PERCEPTION - An institute derived from Indian roots and ancient wisdom.

- “Work with nature”.

- Not a block in the concrete skyline of the surroundings.

NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS - The spaces designed according to the user needs and emotions.

HIERARCHY OF HUMAN RESOURCES.

CONCEPT • Low rise campus.

• Flexible and Adaptable.

• Functional and durable.

• Integration of inside and outside.

• A green building.

• Based on the principles of Vaastu and even climatic response the building is designed in such manner.

• The south west side of the building is put with an overload water tank and with minimum openings/windows.

• The center „Bramhasthal‟ of the building is open to sky to get enough light.

• The orientation of the building is North- South direction.

• The water feature should be placed in the east side of the plot.

• All sides of the buildings have roads for better accessibility .

• The team was conscious of the fact that each of the Suzlon values should reflect and express itself in the campus design ,interiors, landscape and communication.

• There is an integrity seen in the campus design with connected buildings through some service elements.

• All the possible sides have peripheral roads and access from them.(indirect access) • The north east part of the building is low in height and has maximum of openings.

• The entire plot is divided in to two parts with the corporate building placed in the eastern side and the learning center placed in the western side.
