My name is Anisah Junaid, am currently a second-year Interior Architecture and Design Student at Nottingham Trent University. My journey in this creative field began in 2022 with a foundation degree in Architecture, Art, and Design, where I discovered my passion for creating spaces that blend functionality, aesthetics, and human connection. This portfolio showcases my academic projects, reflecting my evolving design philosophy, technical skills and creative exploration.
This project reimagines the Loggia at Kedleston Hall as a craft-based visitor experience for the National Trust. The proposal integrates a workshop, retail space, and exhibition area, offering an immersive journey into traditional craftsmanship. The adaptive reuse strategy balances heritage preservation with functional innovation, creating a seamless flow between artisan production and public engagement. Through spatial zoning, materiality, and bespoke furniture, the design enhances both the craft process and visitor interaction, fostering a deeper connection to the site’s history and artisanal heritage.
