SML Surveys was formed in 2015 to support the traditional markets of insurance and valuation surveying in the UK, offering new and unique ways of delivering property data surveys in a challenging market place. We work closely with clients to create bespoke packages, meeting the client’s needs, and focusing on quality and efficiency, resulting in client savings.

suBsidence MOnitOring Subsidence Monitoring was established in 2006 to provide specialist movement monitoring to the insurance sector. Our constantly evolving portfolio of services include structural monitoring during pilling or deep excavation and many bespoke monitoring projects.

Over the past 10 years we have monitored hundreds of properties undergoing deep excavations for basements or other high impact construction works using 3-dimensional retro target monitoring.
