Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds available up to a maximum of 30 days after delivery if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective. Once we have received your returned item, we are happy to refund your postage costs in returing it to us. Please note that we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items for reasons of hygiene, safety and security. We do not accept returns on opened bedding, cosmetics, fragrances, mattresses, mattress toppers, earrings, piercing jewellery, swimwear, underwear, perishable products or CD’s , DVD’s or computer software that’s opened unless faulty, not as described or unfit for intended purpose. We will refund your original delivery charges only where an item is deemed to be faulty/damaged or unfit for intended purpose, but not where an item is simply unwanted. Carriage charges will only be refunded on multiple product orders when all products are returned.

Additional Terms and Conditions – Furniture (e.g. Beds)

Once you have taken delivery of furniture, we will only give refunds in accordance with your legal rights, for example, if the goods are not fit for purpose or not as described.

If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100), of which you will be notified at the time of cancellation. In addition, any delivery charges are also non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or the cancellation has been made in accordance to your legal rights.

Mattresses are non-returnable once removed from packaging due to health and safety reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected. Keep mattresses in their original packaging until you have assembled and are satisfied with any bed bought.If the product does not fit into your home, it will be classed as a cancelled order and costs will be incurred by you.If the furniture arrives damaged please point it out to the delivery driver on the day of delivery before signing for your furniture. You must ensure any damage is noted on the drivers documents and your documents and get the driver to sign both, This is to identify where any damage to the furniture occurs.

Delivey Timescales

All items in the extra range will be delivered between 14-28 days, although it is suggested when placing the order at Hallmark that an estimated delivery date is confirmed.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 8 working days of receiving your items.

Postage for returning the item to us may be at your own cost if not faulty. If the item is not in a fully re-saleable condition we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. For items returned to us via the post, refunds will be completed within a maximum of 30 days.

To make your life easier we’ll take away your old appliance and install your new Russell Hobbs appliance when we deliver. All you need to do is make sure your old appliance is disconnected and empty (freezers need to be defrosted), and ensure that there is space for the item and there is existing plumbing available (for dishwashers, washing machines and washer dryers) when our drivers arrive.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently.

- Please return the items with your delivery slip giving the reason for the return.

- If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for the returns along with your full contact details: name, address and contact telephone number.

- In the cases of a faulty item, please provide a full description of the fault.

- We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when retruning the parcels as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
