What is Law case study? A law case study is written for debate among students on past cases so that they become more aware of laws and arguments used in that particular case. It is a systematic set of information regarding the case i.e. parties concerned, detection of the issues, analyzing the judgment based on case dealings and whether the judgment is correct or not.
