The Purley Festival is one the biggest events on the Croydon Summer Calendar and last year attracted over 2,000 visitors to the many activities throughout the week and over 7,000 to a glorious weekend finale at the Rotary Field in Purley. There were nearly 38,000 hits on our website and our social media campaign reached 2,000 Twitter followers and 800 Facebook fans.
The Purley Festival Vision! The festival is there to reflect the interests of the community and showcase local talent, businesses and organisations. Over the last four years it has grown exponentially and the long term plan is for it to become a must see event on the national calendar. We are proud to that the first Business Expo was held during 2013’s festival which was a huge success and attracted lots of local businesses as well as visitors. Purley Festival 2014 will be bigger and better than before! An exciting programme of week events is capped off by the amazing finale weekend. With thousands of visitors to the 3 music stages, sports arena, kids attractions and the much loved Enchanted Wood plus over 120 stalls make for a fantastic weekend and a perfect place to get your business seen.
