Semester Programme In cooperation with the University of Connecticut (UConn) we offer the AES London Semester Programme, which affords you the option to study and intern in London under School of Record (SoR) arrangements. Beginning in 2021, the programme will run for eight weeks during the summer session, allowing you to gain practical experience while earning academic credit. All majors are eligible for the programme. Together with an unpaid internship for up to 18 hours a week, students will undertake a weekly work placement seminar. In addition, programme participants will have the option to enrol in one other class under the AES/UConn cooperative agreement for additional academic credit.
Students will choose from a selection of UConn courses from within the following subject areas: Arts & Media Drama & Literature Psychology & Social Sciences Pre-professional fields
Housing Students are housed in friendly and secure neighbourhoods in central London (Zone 1 or 2). All flats have a full kitchen and lounge area, with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms The flats include weekly cleaning and internet access. Although conveniently located near a variety of attractions and shopping, students may need to commute to their internship site.
