TRINITY ANGLICAN COLLEGE

RESILIENCE SHINES THROUGH

It takes courage, ambition and tenacity to complete Year 12, especially given the disruption of 2021. This year’s Year 12 students at Trinity Anglican College were celebrated for overcoming all obstacles with admirable determination and resilience.

Principal Justin Beckett said Trinity teachers and staff worked extremely hard with the students, as teachers and mentors, to enable the students to achieve to the very best of their potential.

“We are incredibly proud of the Graduating Class of 2021. We feel grateful for being able to share their journey,” he said.

“We have known many of these students since Kindergarten. It is a privilege to see them grow into outstanding men and women.

“The whole person is what really matters. We want every Trinity graduate to be a person of purpose and joy with a toolkit to live a vibrant life. We hope that in the years to come they will look back and say that a Trinity education made all the difference.” The Dean of Student and Staff Wellbeing Jon Field said every member of staff and every student from Kinder to Year 11 wanted a chance to say goodbye.

“There is always a lot of warmth and emotion at the final farewell,” he said.

Deputy Principal Kathy Fletcher said the College had been the leading HSC school in Albury since 2019 with strong academic performances across a range of subjects.

“We have high expectations for every student. If the students love learning and enjoy the connection with their teachers, the results will take care of themselves,” she said.

“The aim of a Trinity education is to grow people of joy and purpose through engaging and personalised learning experiences.

“We want to provide regional students with world class teaching and learning – in a nurturing Anglican community – to inspire and equip them for a bright future.”
