The polyurethane composition forms monolithic floor coverings with high density, wear and chemical resistance in various aggressive media, possibility for easy cleaning, and esthetical appearance. The composition consists of modified polyurethane (rich variety of colours according to RAL CLASSIC catalogue) and hardener, which are mixed immediately before work. It is intended for floor covering of sites in the food industry, chemical industry, repair shops, production areas and halls, hospitals, educational institutions, and other civil buildings. The composition is produced on the basis of modified polyurethane and hardener imported from Dow Chemical Company, USA. The materials have a sanitary permit issued by the delivering company and their application is co-ordinated with the Ministry of Health for civil construction. The polyurethane composition is weather resistant (UV rays) and has high strength and strain indices (tension, bending, elongation, elasticity, linear and thermal expansion coefficients). SILICATE-POLYMER CONCRETE is composed of dry ìAî and liquid ìBî components that, after their mixing and application, form coating of very high quality. It is suitable for sealing cement coatings, concrete products, washable concrete, garages, sites for handling activities, workshops, etc. SILICATE-POLYMER CONCRETE is water-resistant coating with high compression strength and abrasion resistance. OPERATION METHOD: The base SILICATE-POLYMER CONCRETE will be applied on must be solid and well cleaned from any impurities, oil paints, rests of gypsum, lime mortar, etc. The base shall be obligatorily primed with GRUND - SPB. Add component ìBî to component ìAî by stirring with a mechanical mixer. After homogenisation (without granules), the mixture is left for about 10 minutes and stirred again. The mixture thus obtained is ready for use. The material prepared is easily applied with a metal mortarboard at a layer thickness of 5-10 mm depending on the base loads. Attention: Do not work at temperatures above 30∞C and on surfaces directly heated by sun in order to avoid cracking of the surface processed. CONSUMPTION RATE: 3.5-4 kg/m2 for layer thickness of 2 mm STORAGE: In dry and ventilated storerooms in original packing. The liquid component ìBî should be protected from freezing and direct light. SHELF LIFE: 18 months in original packing. WORKING TEMPERATURE INTERVAL: 5∞C-30∞C The coating applied is ready for use 72 hours after its application.
