LAMINAL es un proyecto de bandas. Donde en plataformas que flotan sobre el río Duero se realiza un recorrido a través de las fases de la Cata de Vinos.
La Cata de Vinos es una experiencia que raya en lo sublime, donde se desvelan las características organolépticas a través de los sentidos.
Se necesita un espacio silencioso, aireado, agradable, sin efectos de olores y muy bien iluminado.

To the outside world the architect still seems to live glamorously and to hold a position in which great expectations are justified. But this is just appearence. In fact, architects are like kidnap victims who have to phone home to say that they are alright, even when the gun is held to their head.
Hardly any architect dares to point out the dangers, humiliations and absurdities of he building process or to explain who has the power in the daily struggle that has to be endured. As long as this does not happen, nobody, no matter how involved he amy be, can see through the heroic facade of the architect.

FACADE responde a una organización en bandas, paralelas a la calle en el edificio norte, que continuan por el jardín y evolucionan a bandas perpendiculares a la calle en el edificio sur.
En estas bandas, se ubica todo el programa de la residencia, incluyendo espacios privados, de uso colectivo y comunicaión vertical.
