Training Forum Members Anesh has trained 400 forum members in Forum Fundamentals, Forum Moderator Leadership Development, Forum Supercharge and Retreats in Middle East, India, US and Europe. He's also helped new forum members launch 21 forums and has conducted more than 75 forum training sessions for forum members. He trains 60 moderators globally every quarter on how to moderate both network and global forums. Anesh has been living in Dubai since 1994 and has 28 years’ experience in Consulting, Client acquisition and Leadership Development in the GCC market.

He currently has a business where's he's a leadership coach for CEO's and has implemented 227 programs in the Middle East on Resilient Leadership and Peak Performance for clients like HSBC, JP Morgan, Julius Baer, Emirates NBD, FAB, ADCB, ADIA and EFG Bank since 2007.

Anesh worked in the Private Banking industry for 14 years managing portfolios of high-net-worth investors. He was with ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank managing client assets of $150 million consisting of equities, bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds, currencies and private equity.

He was the Vice President of Deutsche Bank, Private Banking in 2007 before he switched his career to Organizational Change and Leadership development.

Born and brought up in Kuwait, Anesh Jagtiani has worked in Dubai in his entire career at Mondial, ABN AMRO Bank, Deutsche Bank, Fitch Learning, Korn Ferry and YPO. At Korn Ferry, he helped organizations achieve their people and talent strategy. This was done through design and delivery of leadership development programmes, leading large- scale assessment projects to identify and develop future leaders and working with clients to drive employee engagement and create a more inclusive culture.

Recent key assignment included senior assessments, coaching and orchestrating development plans for high potential leaders for a large government organisation. Anesh uses his global mindset and understanding of people and organizations' complexities to enable changes and growth.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.
