restaurant. By 23, he co-owned his first bar, Spitaki, near Thessaloniki. His passion for mixology led him to Athens, where he collaborated with Vasilis Kyritsis at The Gin Joint. Together, they explored innovative techniques, including pastry methods, to enhance cocktail creation.
The Clumsies: In 2014, Bakoulis and Kyritsis launched The Clumsies in central Athens. The bar quickly gained acclaim, ranking as high as 3rd on the World's 50 Best Bars list. Known for its inventive cocktails and welcoming atmosphere, The Clumsies has become a staple in the global bar scene.
Line Athens: Building on their success, Bakoulis and his partners opened Line in 2022. This venue emphasizes sustainability, featuring a small distillery that produces wine-like beverages from local fruits. Line's innovative approach earned it the 12th spot on the World's 50 Best Bars list in 2023.

GRIGORIS KIKIS

Grigoris Kikis is a chef, and business owner based in Athens, Greece. Born in 1996, he is the youngest Greek chef to win a Michelin star and a Toque d' Or.
With a degree in Business Administration and a passion for the culinary world since a very young age, Grigoris worked in top restaurants in Europe before returning to Greece to create his own unique approach to cooking.
He combines modern techniques with the flavours of Greek cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. He has gained significant national and international recognition, being awarded by St Pellegrino, Forbes 30 under 30, and the FNL guide. His vision is to showcase Greek gastronomy on an international level.

Chef Panagiotis Giakalis is a distinguished figure in contemporary Greek gastronomy, celebrated for his refined Mediterranean cuisine and commitment to sustainability.
As the Executive Chef at The Margi Hotel in Vouliagmeni, he has been instrumental in elevating the hotel's dining establishments, including the acclaimed Patio restaurant. Under his leadership, Patio has earned both a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star, recognizing its exceptional culinary offerings and eco-friendly practices.
