They perform their own unique adaptations of rock, classic and modern repertoire.

Their musical journey is an amalgam of eclectic adaptations of ethnic, pop, rock, dance and cinematic soundscapes featuring alluring violin melodies.

Based in the UK, Oli is a freelance performer, composer, and producer who enjoys working in multiple styles and areas of music. He studied classical trumpet as well as music production and has performed with many bands and ensembles of varying styles.

Recently, he gained public attention on social media for his trumpet solo covers, adding solos to popular songs that originally lacked them. Moreover, he produces original music, blending elements of jazz, hip-hop, funk, and even metal. Oli savors the entire process of making music, from performance to mixing and mastering the final product.

Ilias Bogdanos has been presenting his discography, under the Cobalt label, as well as covers of longloved Rock and Pop hits, at major bars and clubs in the city of but also touring all over Greece!

Under Covid-19 restrictions circumstances they gave a unique drive-in concert at Lycabettus Hill.

Successful presentations also while entertaining for private and corporate events for clients such as, H&M, Diesel, Andersen, Jack Daniels, BMW and MINI Hellas.

A landmark highlight of their career would be that Ilias Bogdanos & INCO will be the opening performers of the much expected concert of Lenny Kravitz this coming August 2nd in Athens!

Billy Esteban is a prominent artist, DJ, producer, compiler and cofounder of the Record Label "Cafe De Anatolia". He is excellent at mixing genres of Ethno, Chill Out, Oriental, Deep House and is one of the pioneers/founders of the new genre Organic House and Organic Deep House in the music industry. Billy Esteban is also a regular contributor at Famous Radio Platforms.

Nikola Iliev & Nickarth, known by his stage name Rialians On Earth (born September 10, 1996 in Kochani, Macedonia) is the CEO & Co-Founder of Cafe De Anatolia. Also a DJ, multi-instrumentalist and audio producer from the Republic of North Macedonia. The whole concept started 19.10.2017 in Brighton UK whilst Nickarth was attending some sound engineering courses.

Chef Antonio Bachour, who operates Bachour restaurants in Miami as well as Mexico has achieved international fame as an innovative and creative pastry talent. With his latest project Table’, a new French-influenced dining destination in Miami’s Design District, he takes his skills to the next level, parlaying his ongoing culinary education into an elegant brasserie-style menu that reflects his passion, growth and personal style.

Growing up in Puerto Rico, food was the family business, and Antonio got his start at an early age, tasked with overseeing the family’s bakery at the age of 14. He fell in love with pastry and devoted himself to honing his trade in Puerto Rico; first as a pastry chef at the Sands Hotel and Casino and the Westin Rio Mar. In 2001, in hopes of continuing his growth as a chef, he headed to the mainland US; landing in Miami where he took on roles with Talula, DeVito South Beach and Scarpetta by Scott Conant in both New York and Miami.

In 2009 KNR Food Concepts approached Bachour about being part of the opening team at the W Hotel South Beach. Following that, he headed to Trump Soho Hotel in New York overseeing pastry for its restaurants he returned to Miami to the St. Regis Hotel, where from 2011-2016 he made his mark with the dessert programs for Chef Jean Georges’ (of 3* Michelin fame) outlets at the hotel.

Born in Stockholm, Sweden, and raised in Finland, Mickael Viljanen moved to Ireland in 2000 after spending time in the UK. In Ireland, he honed his craft with Paul Flynn at The Tannery and spent five years at Gregan’s Castle, where he garnered accolades such as 'Chef of the Year' and 'Restaurant of the Year' from Food & Wine Magazine, as well as RAI 'Chef of the Year'.

In a groundbreaking move for Dublin’s restaurant scene, Mickael Viljanen transitioned from the south of the Liffey to the north to become the Head Chef and co-owner of Chapter One, a renowned establishment originally made famous by Ross Lewis. Mickael combines classical French techniques with subtle modernity, creativity, and personality. His sophisticated and beautifully presented dishes are perfectly balanced, featuring striking natural flavors.

In 2012, Mickael opened The Greenhouse restaurant in Dublin, earning the title of Food & Wine Magazine’s 'Chef of the Year' twice, most recently in 2019. The Greenhouse also won 'Restaurant of the Year' in the Georgina Campbell Guide in 2012 and 'Chef of the Year' in 2019. Under his leadership, the restaurant earned its first Michelin star in 2015 and was elevated to two stars in 2019, making it one of only two restaurants in Dublin to hold this distinction.

In 2021, Mickael became the Chef Patron of Chapter One by Mickael Viljanen, which opened on July 8th. 'Opinionated About Dining' ranked him and his team 26th in Europe for classical dining.

Tassia Magalhaes is known for her dedication, meticulousness and appetite for knowledge. Today, with a 15-year career, she has become an inspiration for the new generation she works with.

Tassia's most recent achievement is the recognition from La Liste, the French list that selects restaurants and chefs who stand out in the industry. In November 2023, she received the “New Talent Award 2024”, which recognizes promising chefs of the year who are shaping the future of gastronomy.

Her restaurant, Nelita, located in São Paulo, currently occupies 21st position in Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants, have climbed 18 positions compared to the previous year, when it debuted on the list, just over a year after opening, in 39th place.

Tassia also had her talent and trajectory recognized by Forbes Brasil, which selected her, in 2015, as one of the 30 Brazilians under 30 who stand out in their respective areas. The chef also received the 'Chef of the Year' award from brazilian magazine Prazeres da Mesa, in 2022.
