Recharge for Resiliency (R4R) is the capstone for Force Support Squadron MWR resiliency programing across the Air Force. R4R encompasses the following key resiliency components: the Single Airman Programming Initiative, RecOn and Deployed Affected Programming. These resiliency programs provide needed support for our military members and their families.

Single Airman Programming Initiative Provides resources that foster a strong culture, mission and sense of community among single military members ELIGIBILITY: Active Duty or Reserve Component officer or enlisted member without a spouse.

RecOn Provides resources for outdoor centric, high adrenaline, post deployment stress reduction, only available through FSS ODRs ELIGIBILITY: Active Duty or Reserve Component officer or enlisted member and their family members.

Deployed Affected Programming Provides resources targeting deployed-affected, and dependent-restricted, Air Force installation assigned service members and their families providing relief from the challenges of deployment ELIGIBILITY: Deployed-affected and dependent-restricted assigned military member and their family members.
