CBRE named property management firm for GBCORP Tower in Bahrain CBRE, the global real estate advisory firm, has been appointed as the exclusive property managers and leasing consultants for GBCORP Tower. GBCORP Tower is a strategically located landmark building, within the Bahrain Financial Harbour master plan. GBCORP headquarters are located within the building and the property also accommodates high profile tenants. A 22 storey tower, constructed to a grade A specification GB Corp Tower, provides typical floor plates of approximately 930m² and a total GLA of just under 19,000m². There is a business centre in operation at the tower, Global Executive Offices, which provides quality furnished suites, that is currently fully occupied and fitted units starting at 250 sq.m are also in the planning for the last few vacant floors. The building offers a central location in the heart of Manama s business district for internal and local occupiers alike.
