In 1977, Ed Pontarelli, Sr. founded Delta Auto Body at its original location in Johnston, RI. e shop was an immediate success, as thousands of customers learned to trust Ed’s impeccable repair work and attention to detail. In 2011, having outgrown the original location, Ed moved Delta Auto Body to its current location in Providence, adjacent to the Providence Place Mall and minutes from downtown. e new location at 30 Acorn Street, o ered more space and room for modern equipment, continuing Ed’s determination to always improve and keep up with the times and technology. Consistency, attention to detail, and a desire to treat customers like family have secured 44 years of success for Delta. But the next generation is looking to build upon that strong base. ey understand that an auto accident is a period of anxiety and stress. How will I get to work tomorrow? Wherever your vehicle is located, whether in your driveway, on the side of the road, or in a tow yard used by the police, Delta Towing will immediately send out a truck to recover your vehicle and bring it to their facility for repairs.
