RESIDENTIAL Purpose complete kitchen renovation The stunning, completely renovated kitchen in this newer home illustrates how to create a beautiful and super functional kitchen. Deeply rooted in the home’s historic character, it is updated for Traditional family life. The owners of this newer built home Stacey Newcomer and her husband with one young teen. Older kitchen was there key feature of the home that needed a minor upgrade within a budget. kitchen with its light brown wood cabinets were a jarring contrast to the extensive, rich, oak woodwork of the rest of the main floor. The kitchen was completely redesigned and renovated, with many beautiful, thoughtful details, as you’ll see. Some of them maximize theuse of limited space I took advantage of every square inch. my main goal was to create a welcoming and comfortable kitchen that meets the owners’ needs and is functional, beautiful, and fitting of the home’s Traditional character. The combination of many thoughtful features and details, larger-scale planning, and carefully crafted execution make for a wining design.

CRUISE CONTROL Throughout the assisted living facility I have incorporated themes from all over the world that they have traveled in previous years like Paris, London etc. I would provide a nurturing and caring environment that allows residents to live an engaging life and maintain their dignity. The residen would get a sense of memory from the past and make it as their future. By decorating the hallways with art from all around the world like Culture, Heritage, Nature and making it as there vacation spot. This will allow energy and warm color with comfortable establishment, where they can interact and share their life of exploration by still living in the present.

The main scope of this project was to focus on the features and four phases of the design process also identifying and analyzing the client’s needs and goals. Charles,Mitzi and Marissa Hahn are the clients who are ready to build their first home a single-story home that will focus on the current lifestyle which is their first concept and second concept is based on their future needs for an accessible apartment. Whith this project i focused on devoloping conceptual skills through schematic design concept.
