Hearing tests, hearing aid and ear wax removal appointments will be available at our Head Office in Cheltenham.

Clinics for ear wax removal only will be available in Portishead, Bishops Cleeve and Bradford-on-Avon.

Head Office Improvements

Since doubling the size of our Head Office, we have been striving to ensure that you feel comfortable and always receive a warm welcome.

There’s a new coffee station in reception, please feel free to help yourself or ask someone at the desk for assistance.

Also, new carpeted areas in reception and consultation rooms are scheduled to be installed, further improving acoustics and making the spaces feel more inviting and comfortable.

Open Days

We have just had a very busy couple of days in Clevedon. Andy, Rob and Chris (Oticon rep) have been available, offering the best possible support to all clients; providing advice; cleaning hearing aids, checking clients’ ears and even showcasing the latest hearing aid technology available.

These two days have proved so popular we are looking at hosting similar events in our other areas.

Our nex� open days will be at our Head Office in early Febr�ar�, so look out for an invite!

Flooring and thicker carpet have been layed in the offices above the consultation rooms, ensuring minimal sound interference during tests.

Consultation room doors have been replaced to provide a better seal and sound inclusion, to decrease the noise from outside during tests.

The team at Head Office now consists of Gill, Mandy, Kim, Laurie, Dom and Lyn who provide essential support to our Audiologists and Ear Wax Removal Specialists.

Rob

- joined as a trainee Audiologist in 2017 and has become an essential part of the company. His knowledge of hearing aids & sense of humour have made him popular with clients and staff alike.

Liam - also joining as a trainee, this

will be Liam’s 10th year with us making him our longest serving Audiologist! His vast knowledge and considerate approach have improved the lives of many clients.

Technology Updates Starkey have replaced their entire hearing aid range with the groundbreaking Starkey Genesis AI. These hearing aids have many impressive points, such as mimicking our Cerebral Cortex, new design for better comfort and cosmetics, all day use with rechargeable batteries, waterproof and connectivity to mobile phones.

Phonak are holding a 2 day event at our Head Office on the 18th and 19th of January 2024! These days are to give clients a look at and demonstration of their latest aids.

After the demo you will be able to book in a full test with an Audiologist to dispense your own pair, with our usual 60-day money back guarantee.
