This means we’re able to offer our clients the Project Jump Start Workshop – a risk management tool for project alignment, developed by the NMC Business School. This workshop develops a team synergy, which facilitates a clear understanding of the client’s strategic business objectives, adding value to the management and design of the project.
As a member of the Green Building Council of South Africa we constantly evaluate whether our building operation’s building techniques are aligned to sustainable green building practices. Our Design Build and EPC delivery broadens the value engineering of sustainable buildings by taking into account: profitability, the reduction of the environmental impact of the building and improvement of occupant health and well-being.
