Architectural Design concept : Horizons Tower Project

This five-story apartment project is designed based on sustainable architecture principles, featuring two distinct layout configurations per floor to accommodate diverse needs. The parking area is located on an underground level, accessible via a vehicular ramp, while an elevator efficiently connects all floors of the building.

The rooftop serves as a social area, expanding common spaces and fostering interaction among residents. The façade integrates concrete and ceramic, ensuring durability and efficiency, while the interior features sheetrock panels to create functional and adaptable divisions.

Each apartment includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, and bedrooms (two in Type A and one in Type B), optimizing comfort and functionality for residents all within a harmonious design that respects its surroundings.

Paradise Residence project

This sustainable architectural proposal is designed for a family seeking a residence near downtown Santo Domingo, prioritizing comfort, functionality, and spatial efficiency. The project entails the transformation of a single-story dwelling into a modern twostory residence, featuring independent spatial configurations on each level to accommodate diverse user needs.

The exterior envelope has been meticulously curated to enhance structural stability and evoke a sense of balance and well-being for both occupants and passersby. High-performance materials ensure durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetic coherence. Additionally, the rooftop is integrated as an activated social space, strategically expanding communal areas while maintaining environmental harmony and optimizing spatial utilization.

The rooftop also serves as a multifunctional social hub, reinforcing the project’s emphasis on dynamic and adaptable living spaces.
