Servings: 4-6 | Prep time: 10 min | Cook time: 20 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes

How to make Hummus?
Begin by soaking the chickpeas in cold water overnight, allowing them to soften.
Strain and rinse under running water to ensure they’re fresh and clean.
Boil the chickpeas with a pinch of salt, simmering until they reach a velvety, mashable texture
Strain once again and cool the chickpeas in the refrigerator for that ideal consistency.
Blend the chickpeas with the remaining ingredients, creating a smooth and creamy paste.
Garnish with a sprinkle of red paprika, and serve traditionally with warm pita bread and a drizzle of olive oil
