Chris is the CEO of Southeastern Development Services, with over 20 years of expertise in land development and utility installations in Central Georgia and the Atlanta Metro area. He transformed the company from a niche sand and gravel business into a leading infrastructure solutions provider. Chris also manages BRAC Development, focusing on land acquisition and development. His leadership emphasizes innovative, client-focused solutions, ensuring project excellence and community impact.

Randy Robison has more than 20 years of construction experience and serves as COO for Southeastern Development Services. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, as well as resolving any issues that arise across the organization.
