Halo ! My name is Anastasia Turnip, I’m a third year Visual Communication Design student in Bina Nusantara University. I’m really passionate about drawing and ilustration. I speak through my drawings and devote all my love on my brushes. I believe through Painting and Illustration we can share the emotions. One of my favourite things to do in the weekend is visiting random art or design exhibition. I find it really fascinating and fun to see artist’s artwork, and talk about it with other people in the gallery. It’s amazing how we can feel something that really connects us together in a piece of artwork.

Phase: Assignment (Group Project) Client: Nissin Waffers Scoop of Work: Illustration, Graphic Design A campaign project for Nissin Waffer. The purpose of this campaign is to highlight the 12 Flavors of Nissin Waffer. We use the ‘family’ and ‘flavor’ term to represent the whole campaign work, so that the target audiences (young women, mothers) can relate to the campaign. Phase: Assignment Client: PANTONE Scoop of Work: Illustration, Graphic Design A campaign project for Pantone. The purpose is to introduce Pantone to people who live in Syahdan area. Since Pantone only contains colors, so we only use colors as a content for this project. In this project, I made a Mobile Apps: â€˜JELAJAH SYAHDANâ€™ to help people who come to Syahdan for the first time. The Apps contains information from all around Syahdan area, such as: Restaurant, Laudry, Rent Home, etc. Each Categories represented by 5 colors.
1. People can give review for the places they have visited in Syahdan Area using Color Meter. The darker color shows more likes and the lighter color shows less likes from the people. 2. Mobile Application features: - Jelajah Syahdan Maps - Alarm for daily activities reminder (breakfast, laundry time, etc.) - Direct Calling/Message interface - Reviews from places around Syahdan (including ratings, info, etc.)

Phase: Assignment Client: AP Boots Scoop of Work: Illustration, Graphic Design A campaign project for AP Boots. The purpose is to introduce the product to the target audience (parents of young children). Nowadays, I see a lot of young children that rarely play outside the home. In this project, I wanted to encourage parents to bring their children to play outside the home, even in rainy days. Parents donâ€™t need to worry when their children play in wet surface. This message and visual will also boost childrenâ€™s confidence to face the world by themselves.

Phase: Assignment Scoop of Work: Typography The brief was to make a poster for Jazz Music Event using only typography elements. In this case, I was inspired a lot by Hip Hop Jazz. As we know, Hip Hop always brings a positive and happy energy to its listener. So in this design, I used bright colors and playful typography to represent the Hip Hop Jazz music. I combined typeface and shape to make it more playful and interesting.

Liburan Santai ke Garut This is a personal project that I have made before me and my church friends went for a vacation to Garut, Jawa Barat. This is Folded Poster (A3 size) that contains Maps and Schedule during our trip to Garut.

DREAM Cookies give you that perfect cookies you have never imagined before (Choco chip cookies with Nutela inside, who can resist?). The theme for the design is dreamy and cloudy. Each packaging includes 1 Box that contains 1 Cookie Jar.

This packaging design was much inspired by vintage advertisement (around 1920s). The products come in two variants: Lily & Rosie. Two scents of flowers that represent the nickname of the two characters.

Ende-ende Kiseban Ende-ende Kiseban is an illustration I made inspired by a traditional song from Batak Pakpak (an ethnic group in Indonesia) that tells a story about firewood collecting. It was about an adventure of two sisters. The songs were performed for the entertainment during their search in the middle of the forest, and to keep away their fear of forest myths. The characters in this illustration are wearing a traditional fabric/sarong called Ulos.
