Here’s what you can expect from your warm and inviting, boutique photography experience with Anastasia’s Photography.
BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
• Choose the wedding package that feels most aligned to you and your wedding needs
• Complete your contract online and pay your retainer
• You’ll receive a wedding planning guide and a style guide from me via email
• Every wedding package comes with a complimentary engagement photoshoot, so we’ll set the date for your engagement session.
• Six weeks before your wedding, I’ll email you a pre-wedding questionnaire to ensure I understand exactly what shots you’d like and what’s most important to you
• A couple of weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a final consult to ensure we’re on the same page and everything’s in order.
AFTER YOUR WEDDING
• The few days following your wedding, I’ll post a mini preview and teaser to social media Facebook or Instagram page, in which you may tag yourself and share with family and friends.
• Within three months (typically much sooner), I will have finished hand editing your photos and you’ll receive access to your online viewing gallery for download and you and your family have the option to purchase additional prints and/or products.
• Select your favorite images for your wedding products
• Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive your custom portraits and products within approximately three months (prints and canvases within 30 days).

Pinterest, as well as other online sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Google image searches offer great way to view ideas and gather inspiration for your wedding. We can review and use those as inspiration for your wedding and also create unique images that authentically represent you.
WHEN DO WE GET OUR DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT AND WEDDING NEGATIVES
AND WHAT CAN WE DO WITH THEM?
After your engagement session, you’ll get a sneak peek, you can tag and share away, so keep a lookout on social media. Within 1-2 weeks after your engagement session, I’ll send you a link to your online viewing and ordering gallery. At this time, you will have a week to select your favorite images and option to purchase any additional images and order any prints or products you would like. You’ll receive your digital download within 45 days (typically much sooner) from the date I receive your final selections email.
After your wedding day, I will cull and process your images. You’ll receive your digital downloads within three months (typically sooner), along with a release for reproduction with option to purchase any additional images and order prints or products you would like directly through your online gallery. If you’ve selected a package with products or prints, you’ll have two weeks from the the date you receive your final gallery to select your favorite images for your album, collage, etc. It can take up to three months (but typically sooner) to receive your custom album and products. You may copy or duplicate the digital images for personal use only, print them upon or within any medium, and do so without altering the images. You cannot sell the images or represent them as your own work.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE FROM OUR WEDDING?
Every wedding is unique and different. Depending on your wedding package hours, custom edited digital images typically range from 300-500 (usually around 50 per hr.) with a private password protected download gallery link to your edited images that tells your wedding day love story - to relive forever !
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR EQUIPMENT FAILS WHILE SHOOTING OUR WEDDING?
I am dedicated to being prepared for any possibility at your wedding. I can’t predict when something will fail, but I can be ready with extra cameras, redundant cards, a plethora of lenses, as well as other necessary gear to continue without interruption. Even after the wedding, I will store your wedding images in multiple places to prevent against loss.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON OUR WEDDING DAY
OR ON OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
For engagement sessions, we will reschedule until we get a day that it’s not raining. With Rochester weather everchanging (even up to 2 days prior), we will typically be in contact 24 hours prior to your date to see what the weather is like and if we need to reschedule. Don’t get overly concerned about the weather until the day before your engagement session (not sooner). I’ve had clients contact me 1 week out, but knowing how our weather frequently changes there was no need to be concerned or reschedule.
For your wedding, we look at the lack of control over the weather as something to work with. If it’s cloudy or rainy that simply gives us the opportunity to create authentically beautiful photographs with that ambiance. I understand you don’t want to get soaked or ruin your hair or attire and I know ways to keep that from happening while still getting some stunning shots outdoors. This is just another advantage of hiring me - I have the experience necessary to create beautiful shots with rain, storm clouds, sunshine, or candlelight.
WE’D LOVE A NIGHTTIME WEDDING. IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE FOR PHOTOS?
Oh, how romantic! Of course it is. I’m prepared for any lighting scenario.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DO AN ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
All engagement sessions are usually held around an hour and half before sunset for the prettiest light and softest shadows.
ARE YOU THE ONLY PHOTOGRAPHER WHO WILL BE PRESENT AT OUR WEDDING?
I am a one photographer show and the wonderful thing about this is that all of your pictures are from me (in my signature style), using the same, high quality, dependable gear. I can easily capture all events during the wedding, a substantial variety of shots, and have no trouble photographing the girls as they get ready as well as the guys. With one photographer, you’ll find that it’s easier for me to blend in so as not to disrupt your celebration and truly get to know you personally so I can capture you authentically.

I’m alllll Greek. Seriously, my parents came straight off the boat and I speak Greek, write Greek and cook Greek (of course, as a lover of fine food and good taste, I appreciate all backgrounds and everyone’s uniqueness).

I became a photographer in 2009 and began interweaving my intuitive spirit, uncontainable passion and unconditional love for people with my artistic skill to ensure my clients get exactly what they dream of.
